What Trauma Therapy Is Not?
You don’t need to talk about the details of the trauma or relive the events- Most trauma therapy techniques require you to relive the events of the trauma by talking about over and over. My approach is painless because it requires you to stay in the present not the past.
You don’t need to come for trauma therapy for a long extended period of time in order to heal from it- My approach produces immediate reduction of symptoms with life changing results. Each session builds on the previous one resolving symptoms as they appear. Once the trauma is resolved, there is no need to continue with trauma therapy.
